Last weekend saw the final of Guitar Idol at the London Guitar Show and it was a roaring success. Every contestant played superbly and the organizers, All Out Guitar, Lick Library and Guitar Buyer can give themsleve a collective pat on the back as it has exceeded all expectations. Word has it that a certain Edward Box was one of the judges for the big day. I wonder who an earth he is?

Happy New Year and firstly I must thank everyone who attended Vendetta's gig at The Carling Academy. The night was a roaring success and a triumph for the local metal scene. For those who rocked I salute you! January 25th is a key date this month as Vendetta are playing Trillians for the first time. I have'nt played there since around early 2000 but this will be my 12th appearance on its hallowed ground so hopefully I will see you down the front. Also, make sure that you visit the new and improved All Out Guitar site. Andy has done a great job on rebooting it so check it out. All the best for 2008!
Wednesday 19th September 2007:
The All Out Guitar Festival was a resounding success at the weekend and specal thanks must go to Owen Edwards and Phil Arneli for putting the whole thing together. The Vendetta boys had a top time and the feedback has been excellent. It was the perfect way to launch Tyranny of Minority. The quality of all the acts who performed was superb and it was an honour to grace the same stage as so many fine musicians. As always it was great to catch up with the All Out Guitar crew. Bring on next year chaps!

The culmination of two and half years work, Tyranny of Minority is all set to take the world of metal by storm! Also, don't forget about the All Out Guitar Fest. The full line up for the All Out Guitar Festival at The Roadmender in Northampton (just off the M1) is finalised and features some of the UK's finest guitar talents including the legendary Phil Hilborne and his band as well as Guthrie Govan, surley one of the hottest players in the world let alone the UK. Sets from Andy James's band Kaos 7( this guy can shred!), Chris Francis (guitarist of the year winner 2000) and Simon Lee's (GOTY winner 1998) are also included in the the day as well as a host of other great bands and players ,including all out guitars' very own Owen Edwards. Many thanks to everyone who attended the Vendetta gig at The Three Tuns on friday night. A top time was had by all.

Vendetta debut gig confirmed! My band Vendetta will be performing at The Three Tuns in Gateshead on Friday March 30th. Let the vengence begin! We will be playing a mixture of covers and originals. I will also be appearing at the London Guitar Show between April 27th and 29th on the All Out Guitar stand so see you down there. Check the gig section for full details. Happy New Year! Greetings to you all and now Xmas is over we can all slim down and get back to shredding. Im having a few email problems at present but hopefully it will be sorted in the next few days so hang in there.
